Cancellation & Return
Due to the special nature of our products - including Styrian pumpkin seed oil, pumpkin seeds and gift items containing food - these are perishable goods that are excluded from the right of withdrawal and return according to Section 18 FAGG. Returning or exchanging these items is therefore unfortunately not possible.
What should I do if there are problems with my order?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If problems occur with your order, for example due to:
- transport damage,
- faulty packaging or
- other inconveniences,
Please contact us immediately. We are available at any time and will deal with your concerns quickly and easily. Our goal is to find a solution that is satisfactory for you and to ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition.
