Our holiday home is located in the former "Untersteiermark" which is now St. Jakob in Slovenia (about 5 km linear distance from the Styrian border).

You need to relax, clear your mind and recharg your batteries? Under the slogan "Strength lies in calmness" this is exactly what everbody loves about the sunny and quiet located winegrower-house (built in 1827)

Newly renovated there is space for 2 to 10 people in the self-catering house (two bedrooms + mattresses on the floor).  

The house is located 400 metres above sea level. 60 a of vineyard also belong to it.

On the ground floor of the house there are the two bedrooms, a big cosy parlour (living room), the kitchen, the rest room and the bathroom. The big room with mattresses on the floor and a lovely balcony are on the first floor.

The house can be used for a romantic holiday as a pair as well as for a family holiday or for seminars.
